Decent bed quality, reasonable shower, clean hotel, friendly staff, easy parking beneath hotel or street parking, conveniently located near tram stop for easy transportation without a car.

It's a good buisiness hotel, with excellent connections( by Tram) to city centre. Nice new Hotel with confotable rooms.

The hotel is conveniently located in the new business district with easy access to public transportation. the rooms are stylish and comfortable, equipped with amenities like air conditioning, private bathrooms, and satellite TV. the friendly staff provides great service and the hotel bar and restaurant are also worth mentioning. Plus, the tram stop in front of the hotel makes it easy to explore the city.

We arrived after mid nights and had problems with our car. We got great assistence from the hotel staff. Also they gave very good ideas to enjoy our quick visit at the most, with enjoyable places in Murcia city and a nice beach-experience at calblanque

The location of the hotel was magnificent, in a commercial area approx 30 minutes from the airport- approx 60 to 70 euros by taxi. Plus, it was close to the beautiful historic centre of Murcia, the restaurant and a romantic getaway.

The room we booked was modern, well-equipped, and had a comfortable bed for just £73.

The hotel was good as a base to travel & see the areas around this part of Spain.The tram into Murcia was just across the road.Room service was f a high standard.

We could not get food on arrival or tea/coffee on a Sunday.There was limited lounge area & you had to pay extra to use the local Sports centre each time - I would not have booked this hotel if I had known this!There was a charge for parking but a local free parking facility behind the hotel.They should be more careful in their advert as the hotel seemed to cater more for the buisness traveller.

The parking fees for motorcycles are too expensive!

The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. They were able to communicate well in English and made our stay very pleasant. The rooms were clean and spacious, with a comfortable and large bed. the hotel had all the amenities we needed and more.

We felt extremely satisfied with our stay and had nothing to complain about.

Breakfast expensive, quite a long walk into town, reception staff more interrested in being on the phones tha helping out!

The location of the hotel was great, with easy access to public transportation and nearby attractions. Additionally, the staff were friendly and accommodating, making our stay enjoyable. We also appreciated the modern facilities, such as the fitness center and pool, which added to our overall experience.

the rooms lacked any special features, making them feel quite basic and uninviting. The shower was also a letdown, as the temperature fluctuated between hot and cold, and the massage bath was in poor condition, with pieces missing that scratched us when trying to use it.
